The Latest…

Hello again!

It was such a great turn out and such a wonderful time at Rumble Arts! Thank you to all the creative peoples that came out! Below are a few pictures to share with you….

I’ve also been a busy little elf in preparation for upcoming craft shows in the area. The first one is this Saturday and the super talented El Stitch y Bitch crew will be participating in La Neta Art Sale @ Beer Run Gallery in Pilsen.

The whole gang is donating pieces for purchase in support of the SYB & their future events. So come out and see what we’ve cooked up and maybe bring something home with you!

Also this Saturday, my good friend Kelly Pelka and Graciela Llorente of RE-GIRL will have a booth at the DIY Trunk show in Wicker Park. You can stop in and check out their one-of-a-kind legwarmers!

There is also a Holiday Art Sale in December which I will have more details for in the near future.

This Saturday there will also be a host of artists participating in a Day of the Dead art show. Come out and support The Native Soul family:

I have some days off next week for the Thanksgiving holiday. I’ll be going on a family trip to Louisiana to see my big brother.

I hope everyone gets to enjoy some time off with their loved ones. Until next time my friends… peace.

Plush Workshop @ Rumble Arts

I’m so happy and excited to be holding a plush toy workshop once again! This time I will be at Rumble Arts Center in the Humboldt Park neighborhood.

Rumble Arts has a great mix of evening and weekend classes available, from yoga and dance to figure drawing and screenprinting. If you are a parent living in the city and looking for affordable arts classes for the family I recommend checking them out. You can visit their website for a schedule of classes and events.

I received an email from Rumble last week that I have a full roster for this coming Sunday. See everyone real soon 🙂
